Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
Take customer orders accurately and process payments
Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and seating areas
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Support team members during busy periods
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is an added advantage
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Minimum of KCSE or equivalent
Barista training/certification is an added advantage
