Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide information on menu items and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Set up and reset tables before and after service
Handle bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Support team members during busy service periods
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is an added advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, polite, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Minimum of KCSE or equivalent
Hospitality or service training is an added advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
