The successful candidate will report directly to Managing Partner, and will play a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership and enhancing operational excellence across the firm.

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted strategic partner to the Managing Partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, communication, and workflow. The role requires discretion, foresight, and exceptional organizational ability, combined with confidence and presence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 


Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Partner, including advanced diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
Act as a key liaison between the Managing Partner, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Anticipate priorities and proactively manage competing demands
Track action points, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
Enhance efficiency through effective use of technology and streamlined systems

Minimum Requirements


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
3-5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role, preferably in a professional services and or in the legal environment.
