· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians and installation teams
· Oversee fiber installations for residential and business customers
· Ensure timely maintenance and restoration of fiber network faults
· Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
· Enforce service quality standards and installation best practices
· Plan and allocate tasks to technical teams to meet service targets
· Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company standards
· Train and mentor technicians to improve performance and technical skills
· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
· Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve escalated technical issues
· Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management
· Manage tools, equipment, and technical inventory assigned to field teams
Requirements
· Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field
· .Minimum 3 years’ experience managing technical teams in a fiber or similar ISP environment
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
· Experience in fiber installations, maintenance, and network troubleshooting
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to coordinate field technicians and ensure service quality standards
· Good communication and organizational skills
