Job Description
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new individual and corporate clients for the Company's travel services.
- Generate sales through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, digital marketing, and other business development initiatives.
- Promote and sell: Promote and sell the Company's travel services, including visa processing for all destinations, international and domestic flight ticketing, hotel reservations, holiday and tour packages, travel insurance, airport transfers, corporate travel management solutions, and other travel-related services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, proposals, and cost estimates tailored to client requirements.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, airline options, destinations, accommodation, and travel regulations.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with individual, SME, corporate, and institutional clients.
- Identify and secure new corporate travel accounts, strategic partnerships, and referral networks.
- Follow up on enquiries promptly and convert leads into confirmed bookings and repeat business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using the Company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback for management.
- Stay informed on airline promotions, visa requirements, travel trends, and destination information to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' proven sales experience in the travel, tourism, airline, hospitality, or visa consultancy industry.
- Experience selling travel services, including visa processing, airline ticketing, hotel bookings, holiday packages, or corporate travel solutions, will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
