Job Summary

Our client, a leading company in the solar energy sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial performance across sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and executing strategies that deliver strong revenue growth and high portfolio quality. The role also provides data-driven insight, oversees business process optimization, and ensures cross-functional alignment across departments

Job Description

·       Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.


·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.


·       Monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback.


·       Coordinate and consolidate sales reports from all sales team members.


·       Identify training needs and organize capacity-building programs for the team.


·       Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and growth.


·       Optimize sales processes and ensure operational efficiency.


·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.


·       Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.


·       Collaborate with management to set pricing, promotions, and sales goals.


·       Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


·       Any other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications & Requirements


·       Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


·       Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in solar industry sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.


·       Strong leadership and team management skills.


·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


·       Ability to develop sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans.


·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


·       A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
