The Customer Support & Installation Technician is responsible for providing technical support and carrying out installations of internet and network services to customers. This role combines fieldwork and customer support, ensuring clients receive reliable connectivity and prompt resolution of technical issues.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure internet connections (fiber/wireless) at client sites
- Provide technical support to customers (on-site and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service during and after installation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ISP installation and technical support
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Hands-on experience with network installations, routers, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field assignments
