Lifestyle Executive

The Lifestyle Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised concierge and lifestyle management services to members. As the primary relationship owner, the role ensures every interaction reflects Ziada Lifestyle Concierge’s premium standards while building long-term member loyalty, satisfaction and advocacy.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of members, coordinate a wide range of lifestyle requests and work with premium supplier partners to ensure services are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.

 As the business continues to grow, Ziada is looking for an experienced and highly personable Lifestyle Executive to join the team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience.

 Key Responsibilities

 ·       Manage a portfolio of members and serve as their trusted lifestyle advisor.

·       Coordinate concierge services including travel, dining, events, wellness, shopping and family lifestyle needs.

·       Anticipate member needs and proactively curate personalised experiences.

·       Maintain accurate member profiles and relationship history.

·       Manage service delivery through premium supplier partners.

·       Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.

·       Support membership retention, referrals and upgrades.

·       Continuously improve the member experience and service standards.

 What We Are Looking For

 The ideal candidate will have:

 ·       A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.

·       5–8 years' experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, relationship management or a premium service environment.

·       Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Strong discretion and the ability to handle sensitive member information appropriately.

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate member needs.

·       The ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
